It seems that more and more people are using WordPress not only to setup a blog but run a full website since it’s easy to setup and maintain. I’ve used WordPress for the last 6ish months and I’ve got to say that it gives Joomla and Drupul a run for their money. As ever though when you are launching or optimising a site it’s critical that you make a number of changes either to server, the base code or by installing third party plug-ins to help you perform better in natural search.
